My name is Rahne and I am the last surviving female Timelord. I still try to lead a normal human life. I go to school and act perfectly human. You would be surprised to hear just how many species do this, but my reasoning is not the same as theirs. I want to act human, because I only realised I was a timelord a month ago, and I am still clinging to my old normal life.It all happened during my lunch break.
Every lunch hour I would ask my friends at least once what time it was. After a while they grew tired of this and asked why I couldn't just check that pocket watch I carried around with me. I explained to them that the battery was dead so I never bothered opening it. Being the Doctor Who fans they are, they nagged me until I opened it.
Turns out, during the time war I was forcibly turned into a human by my one true love in an attempt to save my life. I have only recently become a timelord again and my memory is still fuzzy, but I do remember that his name started with a M. I'm also fairly certain he was not too fond of The Doctor. I still don't remember my Timelord name or what I was like, but as soon as I find some huon energy particles I'm sure I'll be fine.
You may be wondering if Timelords exist why would there be a fictional television program about them. The television series was actually started by The Doctor, himself. He didn't want to make a big fuss while he was messing around, asking questions. It was much easier to go unnoticed if he could just make the excuse of being an avid Doctor Who fan. Yes, that does mean that the writers and actors are in league with Timelords, except for Russell. T. Davies. He currently has no idea what's going on.
Since I am already fixing common misconceptions on Timelords here are a few mistakes in the series. Firstly, Timelords are not all British white men. While we prefer to be human, Timelords could regenerate as any species, race, or gender they want. Also girl Timelords are still Timelords. We do not like the term Timelady, because differentiating us like that is unacceptable on Gallifrey, plus it doesn't sound as good. You do not need to travel through time and space to be a Timelord. Most of us prefer to, but I do not and I am still a Timelord.
If you would like to learn more about our rich history I would suggest listening to Chameleon Circuit, Gallifreyian history. That should give you a rough idea. Well, I need to go and make myself a new T.A.R.D.I.S (Time And Relative Dimensions In Space). Good luck on your many adventures. I bet you'll be brilliant.
I want to hitch a ride in the T.A.R.D.I.S. - PLEASE!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou can control time and space, but what inquiring minds really want to know is if you can control your hair??
